Reply Mail

Reply Mail meets the needs of senders of mail paid by the addressee.

Description

Only users (addressees) who have signed an Agreement on Domestic Reply Mail Services with the Czech Post qualify for the Reply Mail service. The price of the service is paid by the addressee instead of the sender. An extra charge of CZK 4 will be added to the other charges for Reply Mail. The Reply Mail service cannot be used with any other additional services of the Czech Post.

The service is best used for:

  • returns of goods,
  • surveys,
  • exchange of mails between businesses and their partners or branches, etc.
