Description
International EMS meets the needs of private or business users mailing things other than actual and private correspondence, e.g. gifts, documents or merchandise, abroad for express delivery. Your item will be carried as fast as possible and delivered within the guaranteed delivery time after arrival to the destination country. Once posted, International EMS can be tracked&traced on our website (Track&Trace).

Payment
In cash and, for contractual customers, by payment involving no cash or against invoice.
Posting
You will get a certificate of posting in the form of Address Label. Fill in the label according to the printed instructions.
If you wish to send your International EMS to a non-European country, fill in the customs declaration part of your Address Label. If the content of your item is to be customs cleared by the destination country, please attach a filled in customs declaration form or other documents required by the Czech or foreign customs authorities. However, you do not need to have your item customs cleared before you post it. In such case you directly authorise us to represent you at the customs procedure. This does not apply to International EMS containing goods of commercial character: such items require a prior customs clearance.
Packaging
Use an inside and outside package adequate to the nature and weight of the contained things, manner and duration of relocation of the item and the manner of its handling during transmission and delivery.

What you cannot post
International EMS may not contain things listed in the Postal Terms and Conditions of the Czech Post - Other Postal Services (Part A.7), including, but not limited to, things whose nature or package could impose risk on postal personnel or other people or soil or damage other items. No valuables can be posted as International EMS, either.

Delivery
Your International EMS will be despatched by us as fast as possible and delivered by the foreign postal operator within the guaranteed delivery time of the destination country listed in the Postal Terms and Conditions of the Czech Post - Other Postal Services (Part A.II, Enclosure 1 - Foreign Terms and Conditions for EMS Mail).
You can get information on delivery of your International EMS to select countries by using our online Track&Trace service. You can ask for such information at the latest one month from the day of posting.
Your item will be delivered by the foreign postal operator only against certificate of delivery.
If your item cannot be delivered by the foreign postal operator, you will, without any useless delay, get it back with a note describing the reason why it could not be delivered.
Complaints
If your item is not delivered or if any other duty of the postal operator is breached, you may complain at any post office. Your complaint will be accepted only if you can produce the original copy of the certificate of posting (Address Label).
