Reduced time for picking up the parcels

Parcels ready for pickup from Balíkovna-BOXes will wait for about 2 working days.

Can't make it? Whoever you give the code to will pick up the parcel for you. 

Payment in advance online only

Parcels with COD waiting in a Balíkovna-BOX may only be picked up after a prior online card payment of the COD amount. You will not be able to open the box until the parcel is paid for. Just find your parcel in the Track parcel section of the Balíkovna website and click on the “Online card payment” button. Alternatively, use the link contained in the email notification or Balíkovna mobile application.

Parcel size and weight

The maximum parcel size is 50 x 50 x 50 cm and the maximum weight is 15 kg.

Stick the address label on the parcel.

Select “Send” on the AlzaBox terminal.

Scan the parcel ID from the address label.

A box will open. Place the parcel into the box.

Close the box. A confirmation message will be sent to your email.

Done! Our courier will pick up and deliver the parcel.

You need to print the address label and stick it to the parcel if you want to drop it off at a box. The entire process of sending from AlzaBox can be found here (pdf, 1MB).

One box – one parcel

Only one parcel may be placed in one box even if you want to send several parcels at a time. Do not place more than one parcel into one box.

Proper preparation is essential

Choose a good quality packaging, check the dimensions of the parcel, and do not forget to stick the address label onto the parcel before sending it from a box. See our instructions (pdf, 840kB).
