How to send a B2B consignment?

Submit the posting data

Choose the channel to submit the posting data. For instance, the Online Posting application makes it easy to import or enter the data manually. In the latter case, you simply choose the product, add the recipient, and select B2B Consignment

Improve the chance of successful delivery

Enter the recipient’s phone number or email address to make it possible for us to contact the recipient and smoothly and quickly deliver your consignment.

Print the address label

If you have selected B2B Consignment as an additional service in the Online Posting application, the address label will contain a distinctive pictogram for the priority handling of your consignment. Just print and glue it.

Send as usual

Either by a pickup drive or in the standard way at a post office.

What is the Online Posting application?

This application allows you to submit data necessary for the sending of parcels, money orders, or letters and printing of the accompanying address labels in an easy and fast way. Online Posting is particularly designed to meet the needs of businesses.

Maximum size	None of the dimensions may exceed 100 cm. The sum of the length, width, and height of the consignment may not exceed 300 cm. Consignments with shapes other than rectangular will be assessed accordingly.

	We will let you know in advance We will contact you before delivery. You will also receive text and email notifications about the status of your consignment.

Frequently asked questions

	Are there any size and weight limits? The maximum size and weight of a Parcel Delivery To Hand consignment is XL (longest dimension up to 200 cm) and 31.5 kg, respectively. The maximum size and weight of an EMS consignment is L (longest dimension up to 100 cm) and 10 kg, respectively.
	How can I submit the posting data for the consignment? Electronically. You can use the Online Posting application, data file, or API. We will also need your mobile phone or landline number and/or email address. If you enter a landline number, we will contact you by phone because landline notifications are not possible.
	Is a specific identification necessary? Yes. The address label must contain a specific pictogram to make it clear at first sight during the transportation and delivery process that the parcel is sent between businesses.

Are there any restrictions on B2B consignments?

A B2B consignment must be addressed to an entrepreneur or a legal entity and cannot be combined with the service Delivery to the Addressee Only. The consignment may only be addressed to a business location with regular opening hours (Monday to Friday during daytime).
