What is LetterOnline?

We are offering you a revolutionary solution. Make an efficient use of your own time as well as of the time of your assistants and start sending your letters online!
Under the LetterOnline scheme you can send us your letters in electronic form (PDF format) and we will deliver them as physical documents. Essentially, this is a service similar to Hybrid Mail. Unlike Hybrid Mail, used by bulk mailers, LetterOnline has been developed to meet the needs mainly of small customers such as individuals or small businesses.
Now you can mail your business documents, offers, invoices, invitations, reminders without taking them to your local post office, even without any printing, enveloping or stamping. For details click on the Hybrid Mail portal at www.postservis.cz.
How can I send a LetterOnline?
LetterOnline comes with the following services:
- Domestic services
- Ordinary Letter weighing up to 50g,
- Registered Mail weighing up to 50g,
- Additional services
- Restricted Delivery,
- Delivery to the Addressee Only.
One LetterOnline may have a maximum 8 pages sized A4. We will provide for a secure transmission of your PDF file over the Internet by using the SSL protocol. Please check the templates available on www.postservis.cz in the 'Documents to download' section for proper positioning of the sender's and the addressee's addresses.
Note: Improper positioning of the addresses may lead to poor or no visibility of the addressee's address in the envelope window. In such case we do not guarantee proper delivery of your letter.
Registration benefits
- Registered users can use multiple payments for postage in arrears.
- They can also send files from abroad to be delivered in the Czech Republic.
Payment
You can choose from the following ways of payment:
- Premium SMS – if you are not a registered customer; or
- Invoice – if you have already registered; or
- SIPO – if you are a SIPO payer.
