Mail Order Parcel
A cost-effective choice if you send high volumes of mail.
Description
Mail Order Parcel meets the needs of mailers of high volumes of mail exceeding a minimum volume per year. Only contractual customers may use the product that is provided as a non-postal service on a commercial basis (subject to the Czech Commercial Code). Value-added tax is charged on the price of the product. You can use Mail Order Parcel for sending things that weigh no more than 20kg and are valued at no more than CZK 5,000. The maximum compensation payable by the Czech Post is the declared value. Once posted, Mail Order Parcels are tracked&traced by the Czech Post T&T system (Track & Trace).

T&T data files - Information on transmission and delivery of Mail Order Parcels are sent to the senders by electronic mail.
The above-mentioned prices are without V.A.T. The price of the product will be charged with V.A.T. at the statutory rate.
Payment
In cash, by direct debit or bank transfer.
Posting
- Fill in the certificate of posting form (Posting Card or Posting Sheet).
- You can use select post offices for posting your Mail Order Parcel.
- Fill in the declared value and address in the Address Label (minimum size: 15x10.5cm).
- If your parcel weighs more than 15kg, make it up to facilitate safe and easy handling by two persons.
- Mail Order Parcels shaped as a tube or roll, up to 120cm in height and up to 30cm in diameter, are carried without any extra charge for Cumbersome.
Delivery
- Your Mail Order Parcel will be delivered to the recipient only against certificate of delivery.
- The addressee will get a notice of the parcel's arrival at the post office of delivery.
- The post office of delivery will follow the addressee's instructions and either deliver the parcel or deposit it.
