Online Stamp Service
A fast and simple way to get both new and old issues of postage stamps.
In the upper right-hand corner of this page you will find the login, registration and access to the Client Zone buttons. New customers will have to register to use the service.
If you are already registered on our web site, please log in to choose and order stamps in the On-Line Ordering of Postage Stamps application.
You can order issues of stamps that are available right now. Older stamps or yearpacks may no longer be available.
The service is subject to the Business Terms and Conditions for Orders of Postage Stamps and Philatelic Goods (pdf, 90 kB).
You can also order available yearpacks (1999, 2002, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008) and/or any stamp of any other years by e-mail at the address filatelie.kv@cpost.cz.
Delivery of the ordered goods
The ordered postage stamps and philatelic goods will be delivered by C.O.D. mail to the address given by you.
Domestic and international orders costing more than CZK 100 or CZK 500, respectively, will be delivered free of charge. There is no extra charge for handling.
An extra CZK 25 will be charged for handling of domestic orders costing up to CZK 100.
In case of international orders costing up to CZK 500 you will pay an extra CZK 135 for handling.
How to use the application
The procedure is not difficult. Use the Search for field in the middle of the page or the form in the right-hand column for detailed search.
You can search by the year of issue, detailed data or catalogue number.
Click on the chosen postage stamp in the displayed list of stamps, enter the required quantity and click on Add. Now the stamp is added to the cart.
If the chosen stamp is not available, the information "Not available, the postage stamp is out of stock" will display.
Continue shopping until you add all stamps you want to the cart.
Shopping cart and ordering procedure
If you have added a stamp into the cart by mistake, or if you have simply decided that you do not want it, nothing has happened. Just click on the Shopping Cart button and change the quantity of any stamp in the cart or use the Remove button to remove any stamp from your cart.
Your order is not finished until you click on the button Confirm. As soon as the information "Your order was accepted" displays on your screen the order is entered into the system and you can check the status of your orders in the list of orders.
We believe that this on-line service will bring you significant time savings and a lot of pleasure as a stamp collector.
