Terms and conditions for orders of handstamps
Why not order a commemorative handstamp if you are about to organise a social, sporting or other event? Just send an order to the Czech Post Headquarters three months before you hold the event (to give us sufficient time for a proper distribution of information about the handstamp). Later orders are not acceptable.
Please attach to the order a graphic design of the handstamp with the following details: precise name of the post office where the handstamp is to be used, period of time when the handstamp is to be used, text or picture referring to the event, your customer details (company ID number, tax ID number, bank details).
Production prices range between CZK 8,000 and 10,000 (incl. V.A.T.) depending on how difficult the production is. The fees charged for your handstamp being used by us are: CZK 650/day for the first three days; CZK 200/day for the fourth and every next day (or its part). The price for setting up a commemorative post office/counter is CZK 280/postperson, however a minimum CZK 2,000/day.
Further documents required before the production can start include: a copy of your certificate of incorporation or certificate of trade licence, a copy of your registration as a V.A.T. payer. The producer will issue an invoice for the advance payment and send it to you.
As soon as your advance payment is credited to our account we will order the production of your commemorative handstamp. The producer is our procurement section Sekce centrálního zásobování České pošty, s.p., Ortenovo nám. 16, 170 24 Praha 7.
